KEY POINTS

Net games are characterized by a court that is divided by net.  As a result, opposing players are separated, and service is the only time that the object is held.  The main objective of net games is for players to put an object into an opponent`s space so that it cannot be returned.

In the TGfU model, net/wall games are often grouped together.  Skills and concepts in this game category include: spatial awareness, positioning on the court, body position, trajectory, depth, and angles.
